        Actually it is enlargement.  Forget this ad.  Take maintenance         doses of pygeum, saw palmetto and zinc when past 50.  If enlargement has alread started, double the dosages.  It will shrink. Standard treatment in Europe for years.

Shrinkage?  The gland tends to enlarge as a man gets older. It causes difficulty with urination (because the gland surrounds the urethra, requiring more pressure.)  It doesn’t cause pain.    so men today face the same unresolved facts: where is it and    what does it do and why does it shrink and why in the hell    does it hurt so much going to the Piss Pot and more. And then    being told that this shrinkage if left untreated can lead to    death by Cancer of the Prostate.
