I found the following website of the Internet Pathology Laboratory for Medical Education, of the Florida State University College of Medicine. It’s got 10 year survival rates for various disease stages (only those with "stage A1, Incidental, <5% of volume" have a survival rate 50%, though presumably this is without treatment.)
