Question:

Hi ! I am Katie Hansen. My sister Joanie was diagnosed with 3rd stage Ovarian Cancer 3 years ago as she was giving birth to my niece. The prognosis was practically obsolete, and things were BAD!  Too make a long story short my sister who was 40 at the time, decided… screw this crap, I am not going to accept this death threat, If I dont feel ready to go IAM NOT GOING!!! So there’s Joanie having just given birth,(a section)bloated and filling with fluid (ascites) listening to the Dr’s giving her some half assed assesment of her future and all the while thinking. Let me know when your finished, Iam planning my OWN future, thank you! She decided after extensive research to under go exploratory surgery 2 weeks later they cleaned her out, you know hysterectomy, a piece of this, a piece of that and little of her liver. OK so now while healing she started a strict regimen of meditation and guided visualizations, what the hell else is there to do from a hospital bed? started doing a little research on her own into the realm of metaphysics, holistic, and alternative appoaches and more importantly SPIRITUALITY! Please dont confuse this with religion… NOT!  Spirituality is no more than discovering your actual spiritual side, that is denied by no one every living breathing creature has a spiritual aspect, we could not have come to this lifetime without it!  So there’s joanie , who ironically, from her diagnosis is presently doing lectures all over the country, and radio and television interviews! God gave her a wake-up call and she woke up!!!!!!  Any one can wake up !! Not everyone has miraculous cures, but trust me when I tell you.. If her spirit is willing to open up and her heart is open… you cant believe the results!  Anyway it has been 3 years in February and she came out of remission in January, she went through the gammet again hair loss, nausea, get out of my face type stuff, but by the grace of God, she’s back in remission! She refuses to allow this to penetrate her purpose, that she now see’s in a whole other aspect. Your role is just as important as hers in her healing and recovery, as mine was. Heres what I did.. Each evening I sat in quiet meditation for 15 minutes (not a lot to ask, for the results it yeilds!) I lit green candles, a stick of incense, soft angelic music, that facilitated an alpha state, and concentrated on my breath for a few minutes, sure lots of thoughts and worries came in, but I let them come in, and them asked them to leave. I continued to concentrate on listening to my breathing and concentrating on the way my lungs felt letting the air inflate them. When my body felt relaxed I called in My spirit guides, my own father who has been in spirit 4 years, and the angels I felt could send the healing to her on a physical level, I continued to do this, as she did, and before long things had gotten better and better and soon it was gone! 3rd stage cancer is the last stage before hospice and if she can do it ANYONE can do it!  But… you AND your sister both must be willing to allow this healing to take place, and that means a commitment by both of you and whoever else is involved to do the nessessary work, and because you dont see immediate results means NOTHING! This process takes time, and it’s not up to you to decide that time frame, so BE PATIENT!!!  In the meantime, get yourself and your sister involved in New age, metaphysical Healing circles, and if your involved with a church, synogogue, or whatever your belief, try numerous healing masses, not everyone of them will agree with your thinking, but thats ok, because your exposing your soul to many things, that you may need just a word or sentence from that will bring peace to your heart. Please dont misunderstand this message, Iam only sharing experienc with you and if it can help you or your sister GREAT! I am not a born again anything! I hope I have given you a glimmer of hope and new found awareness that will spread from you, to your sister, to your folks, to your cousins, and friends, and so on! It will only strengthen the healing process for your sister in the long run!
