I have recently discovered a friend of mine has an inoperable tumor on the out side of his lungs.Everybody is offering advise. Can someone direct me to books or net sites on alternative medicines so that I can be a better support to him by helping give direction. Many thanks

Hello everyone, My husband had died three years ago. What would you think that there was treatment available that time and they haven’t provided it to my husband, and the surgeon knew 3 days post-operative that there was a problem with the left vein. The surgeon during autopsy of my husband he was present in the mortuary room. I find this is very odd. Any advise please would be most appreciated. Retse
Retse- It sounds like you have some unanswered questions about your husband’s death. It might help you to talk to his doctors. There may be a reason why a certain treatment wasn’t offered (maybe it would be painful, and with a low chance of success, maybe they thought he would not survive the procedure). The best place for answers lies with your husband’s medical team. In sympathy, Michele – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text –

I was diagnosed with overran cancer and my doctor is using provera or dep provera. Does anyone know is this used for cancer? Thanks Paulette
Response:
Depo Provera is actually a birth control. An injectable hormone that is given every 3 months. If I am not mistaken it is progesterone based.
Response:
Seems logical to me. some forms of Ovarian cancer are an unfertilised pregnancy as are some testicular cancers. ther are called germ cell cancers because thecells suddenly start to subdivide. The most famous case of these is a woman who died in the early 1950’s and whose cells are still dividing uncontrollably and are used in research and cosmetic studies etc in many countries arround the world. You may also be interested to find a pregnancy test is a way of initial home testing for these diseases (but don’t tell the doctor he may not know). writes Depo Provera is actually a birth control. How long has it been? There is a natural grieving process with highs and lows.
