Thanks Bob – I’ve been on the paleodiet for 3 yrs.  Its very cold where I live so I don’t want to walk outside that much.  (plus I live by the highway) I’ve added to my paleodiet coral calcium which in his book Bob Barefoot says that you can get a full-blown remission by doubling your coral calcium (which I have) plus sun. we don’t have much sun up here in upstate NY.  I’m 42 but look much younger because I’ve stayed out of the sun.  This is definately not for cosmetic reasons! Michael – as I said in my previous post this is definately not for cosmetic reasons.  I’ve stayed out of the sun my whole life and as a result I look young for my age and I have MS. I have a treadmill and I don’t want to walk outside around here because its too cold! thanks for the links.  I’ll bookmark them. Erica

does anyone know where I can obtain tanning BULBs?  I don’t want a whole bed, just something I can shine on myself when I, for example, walk on my treadmill. called Walmart here and they said they don’t have it.  Theres an online place but they don’t ship individual orders. many thanks for any direction. There are hundreds of online places.   Just search "Tanning Bulb" under Google’s web engine. For example: http://www.novatan.com/ http://www.sunenterprises.biz/tanning_bulbs.htm http://www.tanfastic.com/ http://www.atan.com/lamps.html http://www.tanninglamps4less.com/ I didn’t visit any of these (or the tons of others,) to check it out, but surely one of those has what you want and is willing to ship you one. tanning bulbs make you look like you have green tinted skin,, as well as cancer related causes from uva/uvb rays which are not good for you, why would the diet lady want to artificially tint her skin , when she could do it naturally and healthier by eating lots of carrots!!!!!!! you know vegetables?????  i emplore erica not to use fake suntan methods by cooking her skin under lights,, it is dangerous ,you should not do it,, please dont tan under a light bulb!!!! erica you should know you can tan using the paleo diet,, eat carrots all day everyday, your skin will be nice and orange. support the paleo diet tanning program,  this is my tanning method,,and is free for all to use,, i have no patent on tannning by carrots!!!!! bobD ps- tanning is known to cause cancer and is not endorsed by the canadian melanoma society "Michael" <muirh…@island.net> wrote in message
