Question:

  i think it is time for spring. anyone with me on this? the temps keeping going up and down making it impossible for it to stay warm in my room. i had to put a coat on in here just to stay warm. it sucks.   just had to gripe   later anita ps parents fighting a little, i want a cig now. i wish they would stop. it has been three days now and i dont want to quit not smoking now.

   thank you John, it has been 4 days now. i almost caved in last night. i was on my way to buy some cigs when i changed my mind. it was a close call. i was thinking i just need one. but the closer i got to town the more i realized it wouldnt be just one. then i remembered the picture of the man dying on his death bed from lung cancer. i instead but me a bottle of pop and a pack of gum to chew. i am hoping the craving will just disappear. perhaps it will in time. i am stuck in the junkie thinking i guess. but it is getting better. though i did have these dream where i was smoking last night. i woke up wanting a cig. i instead went for a piece of gum. quitting is hard. but i think i can make it a week now. i am over half way there. valentines day will make a week. i planned it that way. it sounds nice. one week without smoking on valentines day. i can make it i just have to remain strong.   and thank you John for all the support it is much appreciated.   hope you have a good and fruitfull day!   later anita
