Hi guys, you absolutely crack ME up! you all should see the story of shell she wrotel. hahahahahah!
well shell you did ask, so here we go: The story of Shell There was a girl named Shell. She lived her life in a cell. Then one day she fell, all the way out of a window into a well. Shell jumped out the well Walked away from the cell And said… "I deserve better than to live in a cell, I deserve to live my life well." And so that was the end of the Shell, who lived in a cell, and the beginning of the Shell, who lived her life well. And that was the story of Shell:) by evie 13.8.98

Yeah Nancy!! That sounds great! Unfortunatly I can’t add to what positive thing(s) I did for the day. I was feeling low and all I did was sleep, eat, and watch tv. How unproductive! Today I am MAKING myself get out of the house though. It will be hard, so wish me luck!! I’ll post later today and let you all know what I did.
Love and Hugs, Joanna

SHell I wrote it a couple of days ago to brighten things up around here! It was just that when I was in a group once for ED’s the psychiatrist MADE us come up with one positive thing for each day. No matter how small. Something that was positive. It really helped. Mine for that day was house/pet sitting for a friend whose daughter has leukemia. They have a pool and I went swimming and I had fun!! I took my dog over and they have 3 dogs, so it was a busy house! Nancy
