Please let me know when you find one, and we’re there!  What I’ve been told is that it’s not offered because you’re playing against other players rather than against just the house. You should check out http://www.cardplayercruises.com/  They book large groups on cruises and bring their own tables/dealers/etc. I haven’t been myself but I hear they do a great job with it.
