Chloe – Burmese lilac point, I think Gertrude – shorthaired black moggy Tess – plump B&W shorthaired moggy Twinkle – plump grey and white shorthaired moggy Vicki PS: Lucy turned 12 on Saturday and I gave her a brand new piece of pink tissue paper to shred all over the house. She obliged!

Shinobu–Female–I don’t know what you’d call her.  She’s white with big patches of tabby on her back, head and tail.  A quilt kitty?

I’m suffering the insomniac heeby-geebies at the moment, and got myself to thinking….  several of us on the group have cats with the same names…. so I thought I’d do a survey, and see how many cat with the same names there actually are, and how many of each colour…. (I REALLY can’t sleep!!) So, guys, I’d be really greatful if you will list your cats names, colours and sex and then this time next week, I’ll publish the results….

When I was growing up almost all the cats in our neighborhood were named either Boots or Cleo.

Boots came with that name. I didn’t name him though I was thinking of calling him socks after the president’s cat. I didn’t realize we were including kitties that have passed. BTW all my kitties have been fixed Lucky, black, male Shamu (like the whale) white and black, male Punkin’, black and white, male Ricky, black and white, male Rocky, black and white, male Kitty, russian blue, female – she came with that name and seemed to like it. Hmm, I see a pattern here, black and white ;-)
