Hello! Listen, For the last 2 months my testicles have been aching… I check my balls for lumps and I don’t find any, but could this be cancer? I know its not a Sexually Transmited diseas becuase I’m a virgen. My balls feal uncomfortable, and I’m to nervous to see a docter. This is not a joke, please respond! What could this be? Please go and see a doctor. There’s a good chance that what you have isn’t cancer — an infection can cause the symptoms you desribe, and no, it doesn’t have to be a sexually transmitted disease. But you want to know for sure. If it is a cancer and you let it go too long you’ll be that much worse off. TC can grow FAST. In just a few months my tumor grew to a fist size lump in my abdomen — yes, it spreads too. So go and see the doctor. You should ask for blood tests and a scan of some kind — I got ultrasound and a CAT scan. If caught early, TC is probably the most curable cancer there is. If it is a dull ache there is a possibility that it is cancer, otherwise it could be something else like a twisted testicle.  I know how you feel, as i have found about 8 lumps in two different places around my body.  But i’m going to the doctor on Monday.  The truth is it is better to go to a doctor immediatly.  Its better to know than to worry about it.  The only way i got the confidence to go to the doctor was from this forum, eventually i told my Mum and i have now got the support to go to the doctor.  Tell a loved one immeditaly you need some support.  You may be imbarased but no one is going to laugh, are they.  And your doctor deals with hundreads of cases a year to do with testicles, so dont worry and good luck.
