The wisdom found in cancer
Question:
I have been working with cancer patients (I call them my teachers) for only a couple of years but during that time I have found myself deeply moved by the wisdom that most of these people have gained through their experiences. I am an untrained layman, using the gift of listening and the guidance of my emotions to help these amazing people. As they have learnt, so have I. And they have all learnt. They have learnt lessons that have enriched their present day life experience, even though some have been laid up in bed and unable to gain physical profit from their endeavours. I have watched as some have died and some continue to live. The reason for this note is to say to those who are currently suffering or watching someone else suffer, that there is hope and it is not the right of one other person to take it away. Allow yourself to hope, for within that hope may come the knowledge that you need to heal. Healing can take many forms – for some a peaceful release can be as miraculous as a complete physical cure may be to others. My work with cancer and other illnesses has prompted me to start a site called the English Healing Centre (http://www.gardening-uk.com/ehc/index.html), a site dedicated to a positive approach to health. It is non-profit and is in its early stages right now. For those who might benefit from a wholistic approach to their health may be it could give you a small boost right now. I’d love some constructive feedback on this site as I have never done anything like this before. Thanks Barry D-H
Response:
Hey Barry: Can you help some therapist friends of mine put up polish off their web site. There Phone number is (USA) 310-395-2117. Web site is www.ibponline.com they are real good people and on the cutting edge of applied psychophysiology in healing the broken heart that makes the broken body and mind do what they do. They only have a few questions in how to make it connect up and update. I would like so see them not use yellow color on their font selection – real hard to read in color and impossible in black/white screens. Oh , I am a 23 year cancer survivor with lots of near death experiences – so this is how I connected up with you in the NG. Hope it is ok to ask you this in your private email box. You are welcomed to contact me in my private box, if you will. sumbuddie 2 luv Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii; x-mac-type="54455854";
