Michael, Jalisco is a state in Mexico. It’s where my dad grew up. I still have some family over there, but they might not remember me very much. I ate at a restaurant in Santa Maria, California a few times called El Mejor de Jalisco. The food there was pretty good. There are more Mexican restaurants in California than there are in Florida.
