Not me, but my friend Ruthie’s husband has a case leftover. She was drinking it until the day she died. Kate

Hi Julie. My husband Jim took it for quite a while. He obtained it from a herbalist in Dublin who made it up to the required strength for his particular situation. He was wonderfully well whilst on it (no colds, flu or other infections etc) but then he doesn’t have ms. I didn’t try it myself because I am rather wary of anything which specifically boosts the immune system. The blurb said that Senator Kennedy (Robert or Edward, I can’t remember which) had cured a tumour on his leg with it. Cheers, Helen W:)

Has anyone tried Essiac Tea for their MS? I’ve read a bit about it and I’m curious to hear of other peoples’ experiences with this herbal blend. Thanks! julie

Hi Julie I’m a nature-food-tea fiend, but have not heard of Essiac…I use Valeria to relax muscles, St John’s Wort for stable emotions, and sometimes Chasteberry for hot flashes/nightsweats. Add to that blackstrap molasses,that I take a swig of separitly (cause it tastes god-awful) Best, sahrea ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Essiac Tea is a mix of herbs that has been used for cancer treatment for years now. It’s an Ojibway Indian recipe from Canada (if I remember correctly) and JFK’s personal physician wrote about its effectiveness in treating cancer patients. It is supposed to be a big help to AIDS and cancer patients and I have read that some PWMS respond really well to it while others have no response. It’s supposed to do alot to help the autoimmune system rebuild and strenghthen itself… I’ve just read a little about it, and I was curious if anyone had actually used it. julie – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text -Sarah J Moran wrote: > Hi Julie > I’m a nature-food-tea fiend, but have not heard of Essiac…I use Valeria > to relax muscles, St John’s Wort for stable emotions, and sometimes > Chasteberry for hot flashes/nightsweats. > Add to that blackstrap molasses, that I take a swig of separitly (cause it > tastes god-awful) > Best, sahrea > ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ > o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o > ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
