Talk Cancer

Question:

Hi all I wonder if I can ask for some prayers please. A friend of mine, Father Trevor Richardson, is in hospital right now, undergoing radiotherapy for cancer of the spine. Not a nice thing to suffer from and not a nice thing to have to go through as treatment. Also – it’s his birthday on Wednesday – and the hospital he is in is many miles from his home – not exactly the place anyone would want to be celebrating a birthday in. Would you be kind enough to get our felines purring those healing purrs, dogs woofling healing woofs and the humans praying (or sending healing thoughts if praying is not your style), please, for his recovery? What I’d like to do is any notes of support sent back for Father Richardson, print them out and send them to him, so he sees he is not alone – it may help to cheer him at a time when cheerfulness is a hard thing to achieve. I know this isn’t migraine related, but if there’s one thing we understand on this NG, its pain, and how awful it is not only physically, but mentally too. If you would help, it’s appreciated.
