NONE OF THE COUNTRIES CREDITORS ,ABOUT 20 OF THEM , WOULD DARE TO GIVE ANYMORE CREDITS OR INVEST IN CUBA…HE DOES NOT PAY… NOW HE IS MILKING THE VENEZUELAN REGIME, BEFORE HE DID IT WITH THE RUSSIANS, AND OTHER LIKE ANGOLA… ALSO LURING INVESTOR INTO NATURAL RESOURCES THAT DO NOT EXIT…LIKE GOLD, OIL ETC… IS THE OTHER SCAM. THAT IS NOT  REGULAR  GOVERNMENT BUT A GANG OF MAFIOSIS IN POWER LEAD BY THE TOP MAFIOSI OF ALL: KASTRO. – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text – Mass frame-up by cops in Texas unravels Tulia cases not unusual While Coleman is now being called a "rogue cop," and state officials are clamoring to distance themselves from the arrests, the Tulia cases are far from unusual. It is not rare in Texas or other states for Blacks and other workers to be convicted of drug charges and given stiff sentences on the basis of cop testimony with no other facts presented, or with planted evidence. This is why it’s so important to get the corrupt cops out of the police departments. While it is supposed to be illegal to make payoffs and bribes to American policemen, this is exactly what happens when someone donates money to their local PBA (the local police union).  Any household can telephone their local police union and offer to donate money to it. Once they do, they will probably be much less likely to be investigated for a crime. With this in mind, we can see why so few Wall Street executives are ever prosecuted for cocaine use when they can basically give thousands of dollars directly to the very policemen supposed to investigate them. America’s poor blacks are so often arrested on minor drug charges probably because they cannot afford to give cash to their local police unions. The excesses of capitalism have proceeded beyond all believable proportions The Vice President of the NJ police union was recently indicted for stealing $500,000.00.

Anyone who knows cops knows that is bullshit.  You think a plumber is going togive you a discount if you contribute to their union?  A PBA sticker is not a "Get Out of Jail Free" card. I don’t know, but I think it should be banned. Donating to the PBA police union is too much like making payoffs to the police. It is nothing of the sort.  The money never goes to the police officers or the department themselves, but to the charity services they provide.  That is like saying that police officers should not be able to contribute their time to charities and ask for donations.

No. Local policemen in America should never be allowed to solicit contributions for their own police unions. Try to get an honest printout of where this donated money actually goes. This allows the wealthy contributors to "get too friendly" with local policemen where investigations are then directed to low income Americans, mainly black Americans who are too poor to donate to the PBA.

With the understanding that the federal gov’t is completely asleep with regards to local police corruption in America, it is highly probable the Cuban Five were arrested on false charges by corrupt policemen who made up lies. http://www.antiterroristas.cu/index.php?tpl=noticia/anew&noticiaid=10… – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text – Mass frame-up by cops in Texas unravels Tulia cases not unusual While Coleman is now being called a
